What will you be doing?

• Be responsible for data collection, reports support, and creation with performers' teams.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making of the company by gathering and analyzing data.
• Build regular reports and automatic dashboards to optimize workflow across the company.
• Acquiring new skills and implementing them in a real-life environment.

What skills and qualities should you have?

• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• BigQuery
• Looker (will be a +)
• Google Analytics
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools — Power BI (Google Data Studio would be a plus)
• Basic SQL skills
• Python basic knowledge would be a plus
• Technical skills to be able to set up various analytical and tracking tools
• Ability to conduct research
• Understanding of web-related behaviors and trends
• Intermediate level of English
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Understanding of data architecture principles
• Ability to optimize queries and calculations in SQL
• Ability to extract meaning and suggest action steps from data provided.
